Niel Joubert wines have started harvesting the first red grapes for 2010.
Pinotage is coming in to the cellar throughout the day while we also started with the Sauvignon Blanc early in the morning. Sauvignon Blanc appreciate the cooler temperatures while being harvested.
What a joy to announce that it is harvest time here at Niel Joubert wines. The Christine Marie Cap Classique is already fermenting in the tank while Chardonnay grapes are being harvested from the young vines.
Typifying the very best from Niel Joubert, these wines are not part of the regular range. Released as the exception rather than the rule – small batches of supurb vintages.
