After a long harvest season of hard work we are thankful that the grapes are all in the cellar. While some cultivars is still developing in the tanks, others are already being bottled.

April 7th, 2010FIRST RED GRAPES HARVESTED FOR 2010
February 2nd, 2010Niel Joubert wines have started harvesting the first red grapes for 2010.
Pinotage is coming in to the cellar throughout the day while we also started with the Sauvignon Blanc early in the morning. Sauvignon Blanc appreciate the cooler temperatures while being harvested.

January 21st, 2010What a joy to announce that it is harvest time here at Niel Joubert wines. The Christine Marie Cap Classique is already fermenting in the tank while Chardonnay grapes are being harvested from the young vines.
